We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence across all of our properties. We're currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our accounting team.

  

Position Overview:

As a Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial health of our operations. You’ll manage bookkeeping for multiple hospitality businesses, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, timely reporting, and smooth day-to-day financial operations. Experience with QuickBooks Desktop is essential for this role.

  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily bookkeeping for multiple business entities
  • Record and reconcile daily sales, bank deposits, credit card activity, and vendor payments
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Prepare internal financial reports and assist management with financial analysis as needed
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure accurate financial data collection and reporting
  • Uphold accounting standards and internal controls across all entities

Requirements

  

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in hospitality or multi-entity environments
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (required)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general accounting tools
  • Experience with restaurant, hotel, or marina POS systems is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Background check required
