A rapidly expanding company in the home improvements industry is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Jump on board now!
General Purpose
Be part of our growing team! You will prepare financials, manage job costing, and ensure accurate accounting practices. Experience with QuickBooks and accrual accounting is required. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and maintains confidentiality at all times.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Data entry and financial recordkeeping
Manage and maintain QuickBooks accounts
Breakdown and tracking of all job costing for projects
Prepare P&L statements and financial reports
Perform cash flow management
Process payroll functions
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform account reconciliations
Assist the Controller with administrative duties
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes

Compensation
Salary range: $45,000 – $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
