Bookkeeper

We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025.

We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our Finance team.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end accounting processes from transaction recording through month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Accounts Payable processing (invoices, payments and reconciliations).
• Accounts Receivable processing (invoices, collections and reconciliations).
• Process journal entries and maintain documentation for credit cards and expense management platforms (e.g., Mesh)
• Review and record employee travel and expense reimbursements
• Prepare and submit VAT reports, withholding tax and other tax filings
• Support intercompany transactions and reconciliations across group entities.
• Collaborate closely with other members of the Finance team to support accounting operations across multiple entities.

• Certified Bookkeeper
• Experience with NetSuite – mandatory
• At least 5 years’ experience in bookkeeping (in the high-tech industry preferred)
• Good level of English
• Hands-on approach
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
