Bookkeeper

We are currently seeking a Accountant for our client located in Anaheim. This position will be working onsite and overseeing staff of 3.

Pay up to $85,000

Responsibilities for the Accountant:Will oversee and manage a staff of 3Heavy bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliationsWill maintain the GL inventory and the fixed assetsMaintain the COGS reportsResponsible for the weekly cash flowJournal entries, month-end close, balance sheet accounts and P&L statementsMonthly budget review with flux analysisWork closely with the outside CPA and assist with audits








Requirements for the Accountant:BA/BS in Accounting or Finance a plus or equivalent experience 4+ years of full cycle GL accounting Manufacturing industry experienceStrong experience with any large ERP systemIntermediate Excel skills (must know vlookup/pivots tables)
