Bookkeeper - Exciting Challenge

Hospital in Downtown Los Angeles seeking an experience Bookkeeper/Account Clerk to join their team!

Job Title: Account Clerk/Bookkeeper

Schedule of Days: Monday – Friday

Shift: 8am-5pm

Pay: $22 – 25/hr

Experience:

• 1 – 2 years working experience
• Experience in Healthcare is preferred but not required
• High School Diploma is required, BA. is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable
• Picking up mail and sending out mail
• Review health benefit invoices that need to be paid out
• Reviews supplies/reconciliations/inventory of supplies and
• equipment
• Every quarter go around the clinic and make sure it’s all up
• to date and all the equipment is there (they’ll scan all the barcodes)
