 Start off Part-Time and work your way to Full Time:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrator & Bookkeeper. In this combined role, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations by handling a variety of administrative tasks and ensuring accurate data entry.

Responsibilities:

●        Administrative:

o    Manage office operations, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

o    Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.

o    Prepare professional presentations, reports, and other documents.

o    Manage office supplies and equipment.

o    Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital)

●        Bookkeeping:

o    Process accounts payable and receivable (A/P & A/R)

o    Send out invoices to customers in a timely manner.

o    Ensure Invoices from Suppliers match the system.

o    Reconcile supplier statements.

o    Manage accounts receivable.

o    Generate basic financial reports.

 

Qualifications:

●        Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

●        Level-entry experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role (or a combination of both) is preferred.

●        Experience in QuickBooks.

●        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

●        Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.

●        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

●        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
