Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper Office Manager to join our family! We are a small plumbing Business located in Bloomfield NJ with a total of 4 employees.
Responsibilities:
Updating clients’ details, creating and sending invoices to clients, creating statements, estimates and sales reciepts.
Managing and recording accounts payable
Reconciling accounts monthly
Tracking payments, receiving check payments and credit card payments
Ordering office supplies

Qualifications:
Experience with QuickBooks Online
Bookkeeping/Office Manager experience of at least six months
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
