We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team and help maintain accurate financial records that support the success of our organization. Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable


• Record and reconcile financial transactions


• Maintain accurate general ledgers, balance sheets, and financial statements


• Process payroll and maintain employee records


• Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking


• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations


• Collaborate with management and external accountants during tax season and audits

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role


• Proficiency in [QuickBooks, Excel, or other accounting software]


• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting


• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills


• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
