Bookkeeper (US GAAP)

Digitals AI Inc is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our expanding team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing transactions, and supporting the financial health of the company. This role requires a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Record and process all financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Manage general ledger entries and assist with month-end close processes.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
• Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting procedures.
• Ensure adherence to company financial policies and standards.

• Previous experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
• Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is a plus.
