IDEAL HR is a small business in Greenville, SC. We are professional, supportive, customer-centric and our goal is to provide accurate and timely payrolls for our clients.

We are looking to add an experienced bookkeeper to our team!

Responsibilities include:

  • AP/AR 

  • Quickbooks account management 

  • Banking management- reconciliation 

  • Bill payment for client benefit plans including reconciliation monthly.

  • Client retirement plan reporting and payment 

  • Year end audit support and reporting
