Job Description - Bookkeeping/Office Assistant

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a bookkeeper/Office Assistant at Arie Plumbing in Los Angeles. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a reputable company in the plumbing industry.

Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

Process payroll and maintain employee records

Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions

Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting

Assist with tax preparation and audits

Working knowledge with Aptora software

Requirements:

2+ years of bookkeeping experience

Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and organizational skills
