Bordeaux House Apartments Leasing Agent/Porter

VandenBerghe Properties, Inc currently has a position available for a full-time Leasing Agent/Porter at the Bordeaux House Apartments.

Mandatory: Knowledge of RealPage products including OneSite, ActiveBuilding, and Easy LMS. However, willing to train the right person with office experience. 

The ideal candidate would have the following skills:

Previous Leasing Agent experience.

Strong marketing and promotional styles.

Strong written and telephone communication.

Highly organized with good documentation skills and ability to multitask.  

Solid understanding of property manager roles.

Team player, who works well with others.

Willing and able to preform Porter duties around the property like:

• Meticulously upkeeping of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, trash enclosures (power wash when necessary) and other community buildings.
  


• Removing trash from office areas and apartment community BBQ areas.
  


• Assisting in the preparation of market ready units.


• Assisting in the cleaning/turning of available apartments.
  


• Upkeeping laundry room facilities.


• Reporting any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouse, and common areas to the office.
  


• Meticulously maintaining curb appeal.
