Bouncer / Venue Support

We are seeking a reliable and professional Bouncer to join our team. This role is more than just security—it involves actively supporting day-to-day operations while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for all guests and staff. The ideal candidate has prior job-specific experience, strong conflict management skills, and a professional demeanor. A background check is required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Check IDs and enforce entry requirements.
• De-escalate situations and escort guests out when necessary.
• Cut off service to over-intoxicated guests.
• Break up fights or disturbances quickly and safely.
• Assist with maintenance, bussing, and janitorial duties.
• Run food and support service staff as needed.
• Take out trash and maintain cleanliness.
• Stay engaged—no standing around.
• Lock up gates and leave with the MOD (Manager on Duty) as the last person on site.

• Prior security/bouncer or related experience required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Willingness to assist with non-security duties as part of the team.
• Dependable, professional, and safety-focused.
• Availability: Nights 6PM-Close
