Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, and lead a dynamic team. This leadership role requires a passion for fitness, strong sales skills, and the ability to create a welcoming and high-energy environment for members and staff alike.?

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Membership Growth
  
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed membership and revenue goals?
  • Implement local marketing initiatives and drive lead generation?
  • Conduct tours and consultations to convert prospective members into long-term clients?
• Team Leadership & Development
  
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, including front desk associates and fitness instructors?
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented studio culture?
  • Provide coaching and ongoing development for staff?
• Studio Operations & Cleanliness
  
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, including scheduling, class coordination, and inventory management?
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the studio?
  • Ensure the studio, retail area, and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and always ready for members?
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally?
• Marketing & Community Engagement
  
  • Plan and execute local events, collaborations, and partnerships to increase brand awareness?
  • Manage social media engagement and studio promotions?
  • Represent the studio at networking and fitness-related events?

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a management or leadership role (fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred)?
• Sales experience with proven ability to close deals and drive revenue?
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team?
• Knowledge of studio operations, class scheduling, and membership sales?
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed?
