Locally-owned company with several established boutique stores in downtown Flagstaff looking for an exceptional individual to fill the role of store manager. We are looking for someone with a passion for people (both guests and team members) and a willingness to learn and teach. A successful applicant will have drive, vision and the ability to communicate and collaborate easily. Experience should demonstrate successful leadership and team building as well as working with the public. Retail specific experience is NOT required... we will train the right person! Compensation is negotiable and includes benefits and performance bonuses.
