The Role at a Glance – Bill Jacobs BMW MINI Cashier/Receptionist

We are excited to add a Cashier/Receptionist in our Lifestyle Accessory Boutique to join our team. The Cashier/Receptionist ensures that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a guest-friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining exceptional communication standards, solid product knowledge, and a sincere desire to delight every guest. The ideal candidate will have a passion for being a team player and working in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

The Cashier/Receptionist is the first and last Bill Jacobs team member that our guests will encounter so customer service is the key. You will provide friendly and engaging support to our guests by greeting them with a smile, directing them to their desired location, and processing their parts and service transactions. In this role, you will balance cash, checks, and credit transactions accurately and ensure that all payments, keys, and confidential materials are secured.
