Box Truck Driver & Installer

We are rapidly growing and are looking to add an office technology Delivery & Install Technician with excellent internal/external customer service and great communication skills. If you are looking for an exciting opportunity with hands-on training, this is the job for you.

Primary Duties:

• Responsible for the efficient setup of all equipment and paper to be delivered to customer locations.
• Ensure proper documentation of accessories, supplies, and equipment serialization.
• Troubleshoot failures and repairs for copier/fax/duplicator equipment.
• Excellent ability to work through remote applications, i.e., email, Google Scan, and remote data entry.
• Able to multitask, complete data entry updates, and enter all new information regarding installation and delivery calls.
• Ability to drive a box truck, with extended drive time to exceed 2 hours one way.
• Meet all installation/delivery deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical​ ​Demands:

• Physical strength and agility sufficient to perform the work of this class.
• Must be able to travel within company service area on a daily basis to various customer sites by automobile or truck, or to approved training locations via company-authorized transportation.
• Requires frequent kneeling and bending and considerable use of hands and tools.
• Frequently requires moving or lifting of more than 50 pounds.
• Use of ladders, forklifts, and other heavy transportation machinery.
• Ability to use hands for fine manipulation of tools necessary to repair equipment.
• Must adhere to safety procedures, rules, and best practices.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma.
• Valid State Driver’s License and good driving record.
• Must be able to meet all employment background screening requirements required by AD Solutions and its clients (including state and local governments, municipalities, school boards, and childcare facilities).
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Any visible piercings and tattoos must be covered at all times.
• Pre-employment drug testing is required for this position
