Position Title: Box Build Assembler

Department: Box-Build

Location: Santa Ana, CA 

FLSA Status: Non-exempt, Full- Time 

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a skilled Box-build Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling  electronic and mechanical components. The Box-build Assembler will be responsible for assembling various products, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities: 

- Assemble electronic and mechanical components into finished products

- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with finished products

- Follow assembly instructions and schematics

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Meet production goals and deadlines

- Assist with companywide tasks.

Qualifications: 

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in box-build assembly

- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and schematics

- Familiarity with hand and power tools

- Strong attention to detail and quality

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Good communication skills

- Ability to work under microscope

- Ability to sit for long periods

- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds

Physical Requirements: 

- Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift to 50 lbs. 

- Manual dexterity to handle small components and operate equipment.
