Box-Build Assembler

Position: Box Build Assembler

Department: Box-Build 

Location: Santa Ana, CA 

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time

Job Summary: 

The Box-Build Assembler will be responsible for assembling various products, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are delivered on time. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling electronic and mechanical components, with an attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities: 

· Assemble electronic and mechanical components into finished products

· Troubleshoot and repair any issues with finished products

· Follow Bills of Materials, assembly instructions and drawings

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Meet production goals and deadlines

· Assist with companywide tasks

Qualifications: 

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Soldering experience is required

· Previous experience in box-build assembly

· Ability to read and interpret Bills of Materials, assembly instructions and drawings

· Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and IPC-J Std Standards

· Familiarity with hand and power tools

· Strong attention to detail and quality

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment

· Good communication skills

Physical Requirements: 

· Ability to work with magnifying glass and various tools 

· Ability to sit/stand for long periods

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
