Boys Assistant Coach

We are always looking to expand our team. We are first and foremost looking for great PEOPLE to continue to build our culture and serve as coaches, role models, and teachers for our athletes! 

• Responsibilities:
  
  
  
  • Assist the Head Coach in running drills and activities during practices
  
  
  • Attend 70% of your team’s practices and tournaments (i.e., attending 2 days a week for teams that practice 3x weekly)
    
    
    
    • For Open level (1s) teams, there is more weekend travel required, including an occasional flight
    
    
    • For Club level (2s/3s and 12s/13s) teams, assistant coaches will attend some local weekend tournaments
    
    
    
    
  
  
  • Provide consistent feedback to players during practice and matches.
  
  
  • Lead warmups for your team and occasionally jump in and play!
  
  
  • Provide consistent feedback to players during practice and matches
  
  
  • Occasionally cover practices for your Head Coach

• Compensation:
  
  
  
  • Estimated total compensation for the season varies by team and commitment level
    
    
    
    • Boys Club level teams: $2400+
    
    
    • Boys Open level teams: $2,750+
    
    
    
    
  
  
  • Hotels and flights are covered for all travel tournaments, plus additional stipend to cover gas and food 
  
  
  
  


• Boys Season & Practice Schedule: Practices run mid October to early March, with some 1s teams coming back for postseason in June before nationals (June to early July)
  
  
  
  • Open & Club teams (3x weekly): Mon PM/Thursday PM/Saturday AM
