Salary range $25.20-$28.36 per hr.                                                                  FLSA (Non-Exempt)

1. 1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field
   2. Two years’ experience working with children in human service field  
   3. At least two years of supervisory experience required

1. 2. Maintain compliance with program quality improvement plan
   3. Assure Medicaid billing standards are met.
   4. Submit required reports and statistical information in a thorough and timely manner
   5. Monitor, evaluate and provide direction to staff and ensure that assigned daily, weekly and monthly tasks are completed
   6. Assure that all staff training requirements are met
   7. Schedule staff and maintain adequate staff coverage to meet client/program needs and regulations
   8. Conduct staff meetings & resident meetings and submit minutes to Manager and ensure that all staff are provided with the information.
   9. Keep Program Manager informed of all pertinent program information
   10. Assure service plans are written and implemented according to regulations and program procedure and incorporates person centered elements
   11. Monitor that incidents are reported and documented per regulation
   12. Understand and monitor client eligibility for benefits and entitlements
   13. Assure that staff complete progress notes and daily log entries for resident’s according to program standards
   14. Assure that all individuals receiving services are provided instruction, assistance, interventions, supervision and supports necessary to maintain competence in basic skills and behavior
   15. Assure referrals are processed in a timely manner
   16. Coordinate and document admissions and discharges
   17. Monitor expenditures and program accounts
   18. Maintain inventory of furnishings and program supplies
   19. Represent agency and program in the community and with other service providers
   20. Establish and maintain relationships with individuals receiving services
   21. Monitor and advocate for individual rights
   22. Participate in and successfully complete all required staff training and development activities
   23. Perform other job-related activities as directed by Manager
