Handle detailed problems which require standard solutions They receive general direction from their supervisor, are assigned deliverables and may be part of a team Provides end user support for a specific application and translates those needs for developing test plans while learning about the applications and the client Participates in application implementations and test end user processes Assists with the creation of presentations and other materials for end user training Interacts with clients, both internal and external, to supply information Develops customized queries and reports utilizing basic table matrices Logs and tracks problems/works tickets with external product vendor or support organizations Knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture Demonstrated analytical/problem solving skills Solid influencing and communication skills Ability to translate between non- technical business users and technical IT resources Strong client service attitude Organization and time management skills Support of various other advanced functions Business scenario testing, root cause analysis and solutioning. QC documents and work items following policies and procedures. Need to work from Canton, MA Client Site. Management monitors all technical issues and agent downtime.
