Job Purpose Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building key relationships with potential new BPOD clients, and ensuring the profitability and growth of the business. Their duties include generating and closing new BPOs, which includes but is not limited to prospecting potential new clients, presenting BPOD's value proposition, building the business case, negotiating contractual terms and conditions, and ultimately achieving the effective closing of new clients.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and execute commercial strategies for attracting and closing new clients.
Identify and prospect potential clients, creating business opportunities. Present BPOD's value proposition and services to various key client contacts. Gather client needs and understand requirements to structure an appropriate proposal. Build the business case: service scope, assumptions, costs, price and profitability.
Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Finance, Legal, or others) to validate feasibility, scope, and conditions.
Prepare commercial proposals and required documentation to move forward in the closing process.
Negotiate commercial and contractual terms and conditions, seeking sustainable and profitable agreements.
Ensure the effective closing of the service and support the internal transition for its start/implementation.
Maintain records and track the progress of opportunities, informing the GM about the status of each process.
Meet established commercial goals and contribute to business growth.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Demonstrated success with P&L responsibility and delivering against revenue, margin, and growth targets.
Strong customer-facing experience, including executive presence and consultative selling/relationship management.
Ability to forecast, analyze market trends, and translate insights into executable plans.
Strong communication skills in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred.

Travel Requirement
Required travel: Up to 25–50%, including domestic and international travel within LATAM, based on business needs.
