Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team. This role requires experience operating CAT 920 and CAT 907 loaders to safely and efficiently transport materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to handle bagged products weighing up to 100 pounds. Bilingual candidates are a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CAT 920 and CAT 907 loaders to move, load, and distribute materials.
• Lift and handle bagged products up to 100 pounds as needed.
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Follow site plans, blueprints, and safety guidelines.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks and organizing materials.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Perform routine maintenance and report any equipment issues.
• Adhere to all company and OSHA safety regulations.

• Prior experience operating CAT 920 and CAT 907 loaders.
• Ability to lift and transport bagged products up to 100 pounds.
• Understanding of safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required.
• OSHA certification or other safety training is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus.

• Proven work experience as a Customer Service Associate, Sales Associate, or similar role.
