Brake Operator

JOB TITLE: BRAKE OPERATOR

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Reports to: Sheet Metal Supervisor

Position Overview:

The Brake Operator in the Sheet Metal Department is responsible for using the break machine to form, shape, and angle lighting products per order specifications. They must operate with strong attention to detail and work with a sense of urgency to meet all deadlines without comprising quality of work.

Duties + Responsibilities

· Operate the break machine as determined and trained by supervisor

· Ensure all lighting products are completed with a strong attention to detail and according to customer specifications and deadlines

· Maintain an overall understanding of the processes involved with lighting product manufacturing

· Uphold strong quality control standards and comply with all company safety protocols

· Ability to read and interpret orders

· Ability to handle a large variety of tasks with varying levels of complexity without compromising quality of work or deadline adherence

· Possess agility and adaptability to work collaboratively and cross departmentally

· Ability to operate machinery

· Maintain a positive attitude and teamwork mentality
