SUMMARY/JOB DESCRIPTION
All branch bankers function as the central point of contact for our clients, working to develop long-term relationships. Branch bankers have broad knowledge of all the products and services offered by a bank and advises our clients about how to use them to improve their financial situations.
The goal of a branch banker is to bring all of a client’s banking and financial advisory business to the bank. A branch banker helps clients resolve any issues they have with their accounts, and helps them to optimize and manage their accounts. In addition, a personal banker helps acquire new clients to the bank and perform administrative duties.
Receives and pays out money to client and between branch vault and tellers or other branches offices. Keeps records of money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transactions by performing the following duties. Maintains drawer and branch cash levels as established by the Bank Security Policy and Procedure.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.
Assisting Clients with their banking needs:
Establish rapport with new and existing clients
Convey Complex information at all levels
Open all types of deposit accounts whether consumer or business
Assist Manager
Collaborate with other teams and departments
Perform administrative tasks, such as making phone calls, scanning, copying, etc.
Adhere to established rules, policies and procedures of the bank
Federal Reserve Bank as appropriate to stay within cash limits as assigned per branch, following procedures
Perform additional duties as requested

PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE
8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday (Full Time) Some Saturday hours may be required.
Hours, and days of the week may vary according to the branch location. (Part Time)
