Branch Development Manager

Are you ready to take the wheel and drive success? As a full-time Branch Development Manager at SIXT, you’ll be responsible for the complete start-up of operations for both airport and local branches. Your focus would be to help hire, train and develop new branches and employees for a few months and move onto new sites. You will also participate in sourcing new locations and providing market information. You will report to the Director of Expansion and play a critical role in furthering our company expansion strategy. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

• You establish and oversee branch operations start up including but not limited to training, facilities, processes to ensure successful branch start up
• You are Responsible for making sure deadlines for openings and branch opening playbook are being met 
• You coordinate across different departments (Construction, IT, Expansion, HR, etc.) to ensure proper support
• You assist with onboarding and training of new branch staff
• You provide exemplary customer service and issue resolution
• You participate in all areas of employee management  

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have Minimum 1 year with SIXT or 5 years in rental car combined with experience in different roles (Rental Sales Agent, Customer Service Agent, Fleet Planner) within rental car preferred
• Technical Proficiency You have strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, strategic thinking, sales motivated, adaptability, and project management skills  
• Soft Skills You demonstrate strong organizational skills, can multi-task effectively, and excellent customer service skills 
• Commitment to Excellence You are success-oriented and willing to take on multiple tasks   
• Travel You are flexible and willing to travel within North America with 90%+ travel expectations
• Work Authorization/ Age and License You must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future / You are at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license with a clean record, and can work 40 + hours per week, including day/evening shifts
