We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Lincoln Branch Director. This leadership position is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with proven management experience and a passion for growth and customer satisfaction. The position will be based out of the Omaha Branch with a satellite location in Lincoln, NE.

Position Overview:

As the Lincoln Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring the efficient delivery of our services, and driving the success and growth of the branch. You will work closely with leadership, sales, operations, and customer service teams to optimize performance, increase customer satisfaction, and achieve branch objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the branch’s operations, including overseeing staff, resources, and operational processes to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth, customer retention, and operational excellence.
• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to expand service offerings.
• Monitor branch financial performance and manage budgets to meet or exceed financial targets.
• Foster a positive, educational and collaborative work culture that aligns with Ryan Lawn & Tree’s values and mission.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and legal regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and provide regular updates on branch performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in dept/branch management, operations, business ownership, or a senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage teams, improve operational performance, and achieve business goals.
• Strong understanding of financials, budget management, and P&L responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, employees, and senior management.
• Experience in the lawn care, landscaping, or related industries is a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
