Position Summary:
The Branch Director manages all aspects of branch operations, including clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and staff management. You will develop business plans, drive sales growth, recruit and retain staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities / Skills:

• Lead branch operations, set strategic goals, and drive revenue growth

• Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations

• Develop and implement sales and business development strategies

• Manage branch budget, financial performance, and profitability

• Recruit, train, and retain top home health staff

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management

• Ensure high-quality patient care and operational excellence

Qualifications / Keywords:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field

• 1+ year leadership/management experience in home health care or healthcare operations

• Experience with commercial insurance and private pay preferred

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and team management skills

Salary & Benefits:
$65,000 – $75,000/year; Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD & LTD, Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Indemnity
