Branch Lead

We are currently seeking a Branch Lead to oversee our Allentown location. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about team development, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

 Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across sales, customer service, and warehouse functions.
• Foster a customer-first culture, ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness.
• Manage inventory levels, purchasing, and logistics to meet customer demand.
• Collaborate with internal departments to execute marketing initiatives and drive sales growth.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Represent Fromm in the local market, building relationships with key customers and vendors.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in a distribution, retail, or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical products and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn internal systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead through change.
