Branch Loan Administrator

Security State Bank-Basin is looking for a Branch Loan Administrator to join our team. 

The loan administrator is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the loan officers and loan department personnel.  The loan administrator will perform routine office and clerical duties related to consumer, business, and agricultural loans and will comply with bank regulations and policies pertaining to the lending function of the bank. Ability to work independently in a faced paced environment.

Competitive wage starting at $19.00 per hour, DOE. Previous banking and/or loan experience is preferred but not required.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Products

Experience with prioritizing multiple projects
Problem Solver

Detail oriented

Self-motivated

Branch Loan Administrator Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize loan files 


• File security instruments with County and State
  


• Scan loan files into software program
  


• Assist with the collection of financial documents


• Responsible for maintaining documents and files on said software programs as received


• Process consumer, commercial, real estate, and agriculture loan payments and advances on lines of credit


• Prepares daily and monthly reports 
  


• Closes loan when necessary for loan officer
  


• Issues correspondence 
  


• Assist in ordering and reviewing appraisals and evaluations
