Branch Manager

Position: Branch Manager  

As the Branch Manager, you'll be the driving force of our branch, guiding operations, nurturing talent, and ensuring top-notch service. 

Pay and Perks: 

• Starting Pay: $90-95k base plus 20% bonus potential, all-in up to $115k annually
• Benefits: Full standard benefits for full-time employees. 

About the Role: 

• Lead & Manage: Oversee Branch Service Managers/Supervisors and a team of Leak and Repair RHINOS. 
• Recruit & Retain: Handle recruiting, hiring, training, and keeping your team happy and motivated. 
• Set Goals: Establish and monitor stretch goals, conduct regular reviews, and keep everyone on track. 
• Cultivate Culture: Maintain a fun, healthy work environment that balances work and life. 

What We're Looking For: 

• 1 year experience at RR required
• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively 
• In-depth knowledge of the pool industry specifically with all things RED RHINO is strongly preferred 
• Strong sales and business development skills  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
