Branch Manager Position

Our client, a leading provider of hydraulic and automation components and systems, as well as hoses, fittings, instrumentation, lubrication, and filtration products, is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Branch Manager. This critical role involves not only overseeing branch operations and P/L but also spearheading sales activities and results. The successful candidate will leverage their industrial products and sales background to lead the growth of the company’s flagship brand. This is an exciting opportunity to diversify and expand customer accounts and sales, targeting sectors such as power generation, agriculture, food production, and more.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and profit/loss
• Spearhead sales activities and results
• Lead the growth of the company’s flagship brand
• Diversify and expand customer accounts and sales
• Grow branch business to various sectors including power generation, agriculture, food production, etc.

Qualifications

• A relational sales style
• A background in sales and supervision
• A mechanical orientation
• Self-motivated with the ability to grow people, revenue, and branch
• P&L responsibility
• Sales team supervisory success
• Familiarity with hydraulic and automation components and systems (especially R-H brand)
