Branch Manager

Description

Hocon Gas is looking for  a hands-on Branch Manager with experience, preferably in the Propane Gas, Fuel Oil, HVAC, or Petroleum Operations Industry for our Norwalk, CT location.

This large district operation will require a solid background in Safety, DOT Compliance, Distribution, Employee Training, Customer Service, and operational management.

The selected candidate must have experience managing a team of Fuel Delivery Drivers and Service Technicians and good working relationships with other departments, such as sales and customer service.

The successful individual will understand that building a solid team, capitalizing on residential and commercial growth, and focusing on customer loyalty are top priorities.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of management experience, preferably in the Propane Gas, Natural Gas, Fuel Oil, HVAC, or Petroleum Operations industry.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel and management
• Detail-oriented, strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in all MS Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
