Job Summary:
Branch Managers are leaders of the branch and serve as the face of Grand Savings Bank in the community by actively participating in community events, committees, and business groups. The position manages and oversees branch personnel, supervises branch operations, and ensures efficient operation on a day-to-day basis. The position will ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation and possess in-depth knowledge of Grand Savings Bank products, services, procedures and systems. Strong financial acumen is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage branch operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance and take corrective actions as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or banking environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
