Branch Manager

Full-time Branch Manager is responsible for the daily operations of Windermere Marysville, which includes approximately 35 brokers seasoned real estate brokers. We offer a culture of giving and professionalism to the communities we serve.

Recruiting, training, and retaining brokers is the primary goal for this position. Activities include managing staff, running sales meetings, agent training, and brokerage promotional efforts/events. Manager develops the vision for the brokerage, and uses leadership skills to keep that vision alive by inspiring and organizing staff in support of brokers building profitable, rewarding, and sustainable businesses.

Pay structure is commission based off the production of the office, and starts at $70,000 and goes up depending on experience, qualifications and overall success of the office. Great benefits and bonus structure, and opportunities for future ownership.

• Holding a VALID MANAGING BROKERS LICENSE is mandatory.
• Must be physically and virtually available to brokers Monday through Friday and when needed on weekends and evenings. There is lots of coverage available for vacations and when otherwise unavailable.
• Must have 2+ years as a managing broker, or similar work experience
• Prior leadership and people management experience are a must but will be supported in developing both.
• Can still sell a handful of homes per year, but priority is on lifting up current roster, and increasing productivity
