Pink Zebra Moving is a company that makes people smile. We're focused on disrupting the entire local moving industry by creating a unique and remarkable customer experience and by making moving fun!

We recently opened our first New England Location with 4 Territories managed out of our new Allston, MA Office. We're seeking an entrepreneurial self-starter with creative problem solving abilities who can create a fun environment for our clients and employees.

Result Statement: To oversee Pink Zebra Moving of Boston, continuously drive growth and promote brand awareness throughout the community.

Organizational Description:

Location: Allston, MA

Reports to: Boston Franchise President

Supervises: Movers, Drivers & Client Experience

Summary of Branch Manager Responsibilities

Develop and execute unique, and often individualized, customer experience campaigns.

Build and improve relationships with team members, customers, key suppliers, and the community.

Educate and inform clients about the company’s mission, products, and services.

Identify potential opportunities and leads to create business opportunities. Perform all daily Branch Manager duties outlined within the Pink Zebra Moving Operations Manual.

Interview prospective team members weekly and maintain a roster of “on call” movers at all times.

Onboard, train, and provide ongoing support to new and existing team members.

Perform site visits and equipment inspections daily.

Attend to client complaints and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.

Seek out and attend events that will aid in driving brand awareness.

Oversee customer relationship management systems.

Perform daily lead farming activities.

Review company practices to ensure clients maximum satisfaction from each moving experience.

Cultivate, nurture, and promote a culture of providing every customer and prospective customer with a one-of-a-kind moving experience.

Skill Required:
Sales Development, Management, Customer Experience, CRM, Time Management, Scheduling, Motivation, Communication, Presentation, Fun, Entertainment & Humor

Sales experience within consumer services is preferred.

Benefits:
Ten (10) days Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued at 2.5 days per quarter. Three (3) Sick Time Off (STO) days per year. Medical, Dental & Vision insurance options. Parking on or near the premises and we're close to public transit.

A clean driving record is required and ability to pass a full background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Base+ Commission (first year on target earnings of $55k-$70k)
