Branch Manager

Community West Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Rockford branch team. If you are a leader who enjoys developing passionate, empowered employees as well as being responsible for the operations, management and administrative functions of a Credit Union branch office, we want to talk to you! The starting annual salary is $54,849.30

• Monday - Friday from 8:45 am - 5:15 pm, with rotating Saturday's from 8:45 am - 12:15 pm at area branches, as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the operations, management and administrative functions of a Credit Union branch office. You will be a mentor, motivator, role model and resource to your team members, providing ongoing training of operations and policies. This position requires detailed knowledge of the credit union, our lending policies, products and services to coach your team to maintain optimal member service satisfaction.

WHAT WE'D LIKE YOU TO KNOW FOR SUCCESS

•   B.A. or B.S. in a related field and two years of leadership experience, or five years of progressive credit union experience.
• Must possess prior leadership and supervisory skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to project a professional positive image.
