A Branch Manager role will have a wide scope of responsibilities that encompass a larger market area. This role will include all aspects of conducting sales, safety, maintenance, customer service, employee scheduling, training, reviewing and extend support to other company needs.

The Branch Manager Position responsibilities include:

• Marketing within the Branch Area
• Asset, Vehicle, Customer Tank Inventory Responsibilities
• Leadership Role to Direct Employee Responsibilities
• Support to Assist Other Branches as Directed

 Primary responsibilities include scheduling delivery and service routes for propane tanks and cylinders to residential and commercial sites while providing first in class customer service. Candidates must possess a minimum of a class B commercial driver’s license with tanker and hazardous endorsements (or the ability to obtain requisite endorsements) and must carry a DOT medical examiner’s card. Candidate needs to be safety conscious, have a strong mechanical aptitude and good driving skills. This position requires working in outdoor weather conditions. This is  position may include assisting on local routes, home every night, Class B CDL position. Additional duties include but are not limited to the maintenance and upkeep of company and customer equipment, and plant maintenance activities. We are willing to train the right candidate! • Must have technical knowledge and mechanical Aptitude to ensure compliance with the inspection, installation and service of propane containers and appliances including Gas Checks of propane systems to commercial and residential homes
• Compliance with DOT drug and alcohol policies and procedures
• Effectively scheduling each day to the priorities of the season and available work force
• All personnel are to promote sales at the branch, help with collection activities, maintain a clean work environment, promote safety, maintain good attitude towards customers and fellow employees, start the day in clean attire, preferably in a company uniform
