Position Overview:

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Heavy-Duty Parts store. You will work closely with the team to ensure you are providing the customers the best and most efficient service. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet branch goals and objectives
• Supervise, lead, mentor and co-ordinate all branch employees 
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Maintain a safe workplace environment 
• Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and productivity
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Collaborate with other leaders and company leadership to share best practices and drive overall company success

Qualifications:

• High School or equivalent
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficient in computer systems and software (Commerical transportation software preferred (Karmac)
