About the Role
Kitsap Credit Union is in search of a Branch Manager for our Poulsbo Branch. The Branch Manager is responsible for managing and administering the operational efforts of the Branch in support of the Credit Union’s strategic plan. This position ensures that established policies and procedures are followed. Oversees provision of a full range of services to members and prospective members and fosters a sales-oriented culture. Ensures that members are promptly and professionally served in a manner that enhances the Credit Union’s reputation.

Salary Range: $81,170.08 - $97,795.28 depending on experience
Bonus Target: 7% potential incentive of base pay
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm; 40-hour work week
