The Home Care Branch Manager is responsible for overall branch performance, including operations, compliance, caregiver staffing, and client satisfaction. This role leads the branch team, ensures regulatory adherence, and drives growth while maintaining high-quality care delivery.

Requirements:



  • 3+ years of experience in home care or healthcare operations

  • 2+ years of leadership or management experience

  • Knowledge of caregiver onboarding, compliance, and staffing

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Experience with home care software preferred


 


Responsibilities:


Branch Operations & Leadership




  • Oversee daily branch operations and manage office staff performance




  • Monitor and drive branch KPIs (staffing levels, hours, retention, compliance)






  • Implement strategies to improve caregiver engagement and retention




Client Services & Quality




  • Oversee client intake, service delivery, and resolution of escalations




  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and referral partners




Compliance & Regulatory Oversight




  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal home care regulations




  • Maintain audit readiness and address compliance deficiencies




Financial & Business Performance




  • Manage labor costs, scheduling efficiency, and productivity




  • Support branch growth through census expansion and referral development
