In this role as a working supervisor, you will:

• Work with your staff while overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency in all areas including operations, sales, customer service, and security.


• Lead, supervise, and develop branch staff, cultivating a collaborative and accountable team environment.


• Deliver outstanding customer service, building trusted relationships and resolving complex issues that extend beyond frontline staff.


• Support both routine and complex banking transactions, modeling professionalism and accuracy in every interaction.


• Encourage growth and adaptability, guiding your team through change with confidence and integrity.

As a Branch Manager, you set the tone for your team and the customer experience. We are a strong, community-focused institution, offering both stability and opportunities for professional development. A willingness to work 2–3 Saturday mornings per month is required.
