Branch Manager

Elwood Staffing is looking for a driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations, develop a high-performing team, grow customer relationships, and drive sales and profitability.

What You'll Do

• Lead the overall sales, operations, and profitability of the branch


• Coach, develop, and hold your recruiting team accountable for results


• Support new business development and strengthen existing client relationships


• Ensure recruiting and service goals are met


• Develop team members through ongoing coaching, training, and feedback


• Monitor branch performance and implement plans to improve results


• Maintain strong relationships with clients, associates, and On-Site teams


• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations

What We're Looking For

• Previous management, supervisory, or team-lead experience


• Staffing, recruiting, sales, or customer service experience preferred


• Strong leadership and coaching skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office


• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to client and prospect locations
