Branch Manager

What's the job?

• Lead and motivate your team while keeping daily branch operations running smoothly.
• Build strong customer relationships and find opportunities to grow the business.
• Oversee sales, inventory, customer service, and overall branch performance.
• Manage branch financial performance, including budgets and P&L.
• Coach, develop, and support employees to help them succeed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and customer-focused environment.
• Lead by example! We're looking for someone who's just as comfortable helping at the counter as they are managing the business.

Think you've got what it takes? Here's what we're looking for!

• 3–5+ years of experience in retail or wholesale distribution, preferably HVAC, appliance, or industrial parts.
• Previous management or supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with inventory management, sales, customer service, and distribution operations.
• Ability to motivate employees, hold team members accountable, and lead with honesty and integrity.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP/inventory management systems.
• Experience working with business-to-business (B2B) customers.
• Ability to work in a warehouse/branch environment and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends or additional hours as business needs require.
• Must reside within 60 miles of the Columbia branch.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in HVAC or appliance parts distribution.
• Knowledge of the Columbia market and established customer relationships.
• Experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems.
