F&M Trust, a community bank deeply rooted in South Central Pennsylvania, is expanding its financial footprint into Dauphin County. The bank, headquartered in Chambersburg, is adding a community office in Harrisburg to its 22 community offices. This position in the bank's newest community office presents an exciting opportunity as it will be integral in establishing F&M Trust's branch presence in Dauphin County and ensuring the continued growth of the bank.
ABOUT THE ROLE
F&M Trust is looking to hire a Community Office Manager (Branch Manager) for a new office located at 4765 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg, PA, and is projected to open later this year following construction of the new facility. This individual will report directly to the Regional Market Manager and will be responsible for actively contributing to the consumer loans, deposits, and noninterest income of the office. This individual will provide leadership to an Assistant Community Office Manager, and indirectly supervise, mentor, motivate, and encourage a Lead Financial Services Representative and two Financial Services Representatives (FSR). The manager will ensure that the daily operations of the office are upheld, which includes the internal sales activities, exceptional customer experiences, and operational standards. To lead the charge in sales activities, this individual will exemplify a holistic relationship management approach by seeking out and developing new business and consumer deposit accounts, pursuing consumer loan growth, referring customers for other bank products and services, promoting team sales success within the office, and more.
This Community Office Manager will receive a salary commensurate on experience and comprehensive benefits package.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent
Previous banking experience
Previous sales experience, including outside business development, and a desire to excel in and promote a sales and service culture
Previous management experience
Strong communicator
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
Outgoing personality
Team-oriented
