Branch Manager - Cambridge Terrace

The Role:

This is a key leadership position within our Cambridge Terrace store in Wellington that will see you managing and training staff, driving the profitability of sales and products, and helping us to grow and reach our full potential within the local region. As people are at the core of our business, you must have a knack for developing strong business relationships, as well as encouraging staff to progress and further themselves within the Tony's brand.

To be successful you will need:

A full, clean Driver's License

Proven experience within retail sales, with a demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets

A minimum of 2 years previous people management and sales experience, ideally with exposure in the automotive or tyre industry

Excellent people, communication and business management skills

A customer-centric approach, with a drive to always provide the best service to customers

To be able to commit to a 45 hour work week, including one weekend day
