We have an AMAZING opportunity for a Branch Manager. This role will be responsible for the overall day to day operations for Commercial Roofing and Architectural Metals Projects, supporting the branch, team, customers, P&L, Business Development, etc.

Responsibilities:
· Analyze and comprehend project plans, specs and details.
· Analyze project financials and labor costs.
· Review takeoffs/estimates of costs of materials, labor and equipment.
· Establish and maintain existing relationships with Strategic Accounts (Consultants, GC's, Customers).
· Review all contracts and quotes for accuracy.
· Consult and communicate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers and Clients involved at all levels of project
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Managing a division/office within the Commercial Roofing Industry
· 5+ years’ experience in commercial Roofing systems, (Re-roofing, New Construction and Service) including ModBit, BUR, TPO, PVC, EPDM and Standing Seam Metal
· 5+ years’ experience with Architectural Metal systems including ACM Panels, Cladding, coping, etc.
· 5+ years’ experience with AP, AR, Estimating, Bids, People Management
· People and Safety-focused mindset
· Local market knowledge preferred
· Strong Negotiation Skills

$125,000 - $150,000 a year
Plus other incentive compensation
