What will you do? 

· Lead, coach, and support branch staff to ensure excellent customer service and employee engagement

· Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements 

· Foster growth by developing new customer relationships and deepening existing ones 

· Partner with internal teams (lending, operations, HR, etc.) to ensure smooth branch performance 

· Represent the bank in community and business development activities

Requirements

What are we looking for? 

· Proven leadership experience in banking or financial services (minimum 3–5 years)

· Strong knowledge of consumer and commercial banking and compliance

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to coach and develop high-performing teams

· Commitment to community values and relationship banking
