Now Hiring: Branch Manager in Charlotte, NC – Leading Crane Services Company (Rigging & Below-the-Hook)

Join a growing, respected crane services company specializing in rigging and below-the-hook solutions. We’re hiring a Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive revenue, and mentor a high-performing team. If you're passionate about leadership and operations in the skilled trades, this role is for you.

Objectives of this Role:
Lead and supervise daily operations and branch staff

Ensure safety, service quality, and productivity targets are met

Drive business growth and profitability at the branch level

Maintain customer satisfaction and develop client relationships

Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and evaluate branch staff

Oversee scheduling, assignments, and overall performance

Lead production processes to meet quality and safety standards

Develop operating budgets and manage P&L in collaboration with regional leadership

Analyze data to manage inventory levels aligned with cash flow and customer demand

Ensure equipment is maintained and procured properly

Set and enforce operational and performance standards

Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations

Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams

Identify training needs and oversee development plans

✅ Requirements:
5+ years of management experience in a production or skilled trades setting

Rigging and below-the-hook experience preferred

Strong leadership, team-building, and decision-making abilities

Experience managing budgets and P&L

Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
